Cassie's vision is to empower others to transform and heal any suffering, pain or dis-ease in whatever form it may manifest, so they can experience the energy and unleashed potential that comes with health and vitality.

A Holistic Kinesiology session with Cassie is a positive, goal-oriented session. Through case history and counselling, Cassie and the client identify the core issue and outcomes to be achieved.

Within the process of a session, the client's body and mind is activated through muscle testing. This technique releases stored stress and information and may involve looking at relevant emotions, negative thoughts/beliefs, behavioural patterns or past events that are driving ill health. On a physical and structural level this may involve looking closely at the anatomy and physiology of the clients body, including the function of organs, glands, nerves and hormones.

Through the process of ‘connecting the dots' and exploring the mental, emotional and structural links behind the issue, a greater understanding is achieved.

Kinesiology came to Xanthe Pearson at a time when she needed it most. By
trusting her inner guidance she went on to qualify as a Holistic Kinesiologist herself, so that she too could help others just as she had been helped. This was not an easy path for Xanthe what with juggling her two toddlers and work with study, but her heartfelt belief in Kinesiology propelled her along.

Xanthe has a particular interest in family issues, parenting, childhood and
mental health issues, which comes from her own struggles and joys of this
very demanding time.

Kinesiology is unique in that it relies upon an individuals own innate
healing power and allows her to get below the surface of symptoms. This is
very useful for trauma and emotionally challenging events in life, that can
manifest themselves as Physical symptoms.
