POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Please be aware that CCM's partnership with Ikon Institute of Australia and Phoenix Institute of Australia means that CCM's policies and procedures do not apply to all students. Please read the information below carefully to ensure you know which set of policies and procedures apply to your enrolment.
While the policies and procedures of the three different training organisations are essentially the same, being consistent on all key points, there are some minor points of difference in process. It is a requirement that CCM, as the delivering and administrative body, apply the correct policies and procedures to students.
